Changing Diabetes in our Mexico Tour

[Spanish version: click here]

I’m back! After a little break, I’m returning to the diabetes advocacy world with Team Novo Nordisk, going on a tour of events in different cities of Mexico. I can’t wait to get it started!

Some of the planned activities where I’ll be taking part include lectures, expositions, sports events, direct contact with patients, doctors and other advocates…

First, Novo Nordisk Mexico has organized their biggest event ever in the country, the Novo Nordisk Leaders Summit, where 700+ HCP’s will be hearing about our all-diabetes pro cycling team and other topics, according to one of the organizers, Bjørn von Würden.

I’m very thankful for the opportunity to be there and give a lecture in this event – it is a great opportunity to keep inspiring, educating and empowering even more people about the possibilities of living with type one diabetes.

The events don’t stop there and we’ll keep on going in two more Mexican cities in the following days. Stay tuned in my social media channels (Twitter, Instagram…) and those of Team Novo Nordisk to keep track of all the activities. And if you’re around, I hope to see you there!

Over the last couple months I’ve been more focused on my other professional duties, as well as on my position as a Sports Director of a Spanish Elite women & men cycling team and my Political Science studies at the Pompeu Fabra University.

Now, it’s time to keep changing diabetes. Are you with us?
